Game - how to set up 'Tap it'

What a "Tap it" campaign can do for different clients

How it works: Users simply tap the screen to instantly reveal a prize, message, or reward. This creates a fun and fast-paced experience. The prize can be a discount, a tip, a product, or even a small game outcome. After the tap, users are often encouraged to take an action — like entering their email, visiting a product page, or claiming their prize.

Use cases:

🛍️ Retail & E-commerce

Tap to unlock discounts, flash deals, or free items → boosts engagement and conversions.

🏥 Healthcare & Wellness

Tap to reveal health tips or rewards → encourages healthy habits in a fun way.

🏦 Financial Services

Tap-to-learn interactions or mini challenges → makes complex topics more accessible.

🎓 Education & EdTech

Tap for quiz answers or quick facts → drives student interaction and retention.

🍔 Food & Beverage

Daily tap challenges for coupons or loyalty points → increases return visits.

🏨 Hospitality & Travel

Tap for upgrades, hidden perks, or prize draws → adds excitement to bookings.

🎉 Events & Entertainment

Tap-based games during or around events → creates buzz and audience engagement.

To set up the Tap It campaign, open the campaign and select the Tap It game. From there, you can add your design and configure the settings.

We recommend starting with an existing design kit, then adding your prizes and customizing the visual layout of the game.

You can also use pre-made examples found under ‘Content’.

Click on the image to open the media library, where you can upload your own images to better match your campaign’s branding.

In ‘Settings’, you can fine-tune the campaign:

  • Set how the game starts
  • Define the number of taps required
  • Choose how long users have to complete the game

Lastly, don’t forget to add visual effects to your images—this helps create a more engaging and dynamic experience.

The rest follows the standard campaign setup, where you design the full flow—including the overall campaign structure, prize pages, and emails if needed.
