Set Up Your Email Sender in Scratcher
How to set your email sender name in Scratcher Connect
When working in Scratcher Connect, you can easily customize the sender name that appears in your outgoing emails.
1. Open your email flow
Start by going into the Connect version and adding or opening your email flow. Here you will see the available email types, including:
- Privacy emails
- Event emails
2. Go to settings
Scroll further down in the email flow until you find the Settings section.
3. Find the sender name field
In the settings, you will see a field called Sender name.
This field is optional.
By default, it will usually be pre-filled with the account name that was set up for you when your Scratcher account was created.
4. Customize the sender name
If you want to use a different sender name, you can simply:
- Click into the Sender name field
- Enter the name you want displayed to recipients
This can be your brand name, a specific team name, or any other preferred sender identity.
Once saved, your emails will be sent using the updated sender name.
