What a Product Recommendation Campaign Can Be Used For

A Product Recommendation campaign allows you to guide users toward relevant products based on their choices and preferences. This interactive approach helps: Improve user engagement, Personalize the experience, Increase conversions, and Highlight relevant products.

Setting Up the Campaign

Start by opening your campaign and selecting the game. Then:

• Add your design
• Configure the campaign settings
• Customize the overall layout

Setup Options

You have three different ways to configure your campaign:

Groups (Level-Based Setup)

• Organize questions into groups
• Combine with your preferred game settings
• Enable under Game Settings → Enable Groups

Add Product to Answer (Easy)

• Link each answer directly to a product
• Simple and fast setup
• No advanced logic required

Recommended Paths (Advanced)

• Map how answers lead to different outcomes
• Connect multiple questions to specific products
• More flexible but requires more setup

Questions & Content Setup

To create your quiz structure:

• Go to Edit Content
• Add questions, answers, and result pages
• Ensure all elements are created before adding logic

💡 A standard setup requires:

• Questions
• Answers
• Results

Adding Products

To add products:

• Go to Edit Content → Select Products
• Click either Import Products / Add Product

Then add:

• Title
• URL (link to your website)
• Product parameters (from dropdown)
• Currency

Click Add Product when done.

Product Parameters

You can define product attributes (e.g. category, type, price range):

• Add parameters in the Product Parameters section
• These will appear as selectable options when creating products
• Use Add New Parameter to expand options

Paths Setup (Advanced)

If you are using Recommended Paths, follow these steps:

• Go to the Recommended Paths section
• Click Create a New Path

Then:

1. Click** Select Question**
2. Select the answer
3. Link it to one or more answers
4. Click Select Recommended Products
5. Choose the products you want to display

Click Save to complete the path.

Styling

Under Content, you can style:

• Questions
• Answers
• Results
• Products
• Product Parameters

You can adjust:

• Fonts, colors, spacing
• Layout and structure
• Overall visual consistency
