Custom Campaign URL – Setup Guide

You can customise your campaign URL to better match your brand or campaign naming. This is done through the platform settings and requires a few simple steps.

Where to find the URL settings

To create or edit your campaign URL:

• Go to Step 3: Configure
• Open Settings
• Navigate to Embedded URL

Understanding the default URL

Your campaign URL is based on your account setup and typically follows this structure:

[account-name].campaign.scratcher.io

This is automatically generated based on your account information.

Creating a custom URL

If you want to customise your URL:

1. Request approval from a Scratcher team member (required for domain changes)
2. Once approved, go to the Campaign URL section
3. Define your custom slug (the part after .io)

Example:

youraccount.campaign.scratcher.io/your-custom-slug

Important steps

• After editing the URL, click Update to apply the changes
• Copy the live URL to use it externally
• Make sure the updated URL is reflected correctly before sharing
