SoMe Tracking – Setup and Configuration Options
Tracking allows you to configure and monitor campaign performance across different analytics tools and marketing channels. You can find the tracking setup inside your campaign flow.
1. Navigate to tracking settings
In step 3 of the campaign overview, go to Options, then select Connect. Inside Connect, you will find the Tracking section.

2. Tracking providers
Under Tracking Providers, you can add your provider IDs to connect your campaign to external analytics tools. Supported providers include:

- Google Analytics
- Snapchat
- TikTok
- Google Tag Manager
This allows you to track campaign performance and user behavior directly in your analytics platforms.

3. Channels
In the Channels section, you can define where your campaign links will be used. You can select channels such as:

- TikTok
- YouTube
- Newsletter
- Website
You simply choose the relevant channel from the dropdown and copy the generated URL for use in your campaigns.

4. Events tracking
The Events section lets you configure specific actions that are sent to your tracking providers. This is used to measure conversions and user interactions. To create an event:

- Click Create new event
- Select a provider (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Tag Manager)
- Choose the event type:
- Page load
- Registration
- Finish
- Win
- Lose
- First interaction
- Select the action type:
- Custom
- Complete registration
- Page view
After configuration, add the event to your campaign flow.

Important note: Always test your tracking setup before launching the campaign to ensure that events and data are being correctly sent to your analytics tools.
