Adding Integrations – Setup Guide

There are three ways to add and manage integrations in the platform. All options allow you to connect external systems and ensure that data is correctly transferred from your campaign.


1. Account-Level Integrations

The first option is to set up integrations at account level.


How to access:
  • Go to your Account
  • Open the main menu overview
  • Select Integrations

Here you will find a full overview of all available integrations.


Setup:
  • Click on the integration you want to use
  • Follow the step-by-step configuration inside the platform
  • Map the required fields according to your setup

If your integration is not available in the list, please contact Scratcher so we can explore alternative options.


2. Form-Level Integrations

The second option is to add integrations directly within a form.


How to access:
  • Go to your campaign
  • Open the Form Settings
  • Navigate to the sections:
    • Form
    • Fields
    • Integrations


Setup:
  • Select Integrations
  • Add the desired integration
  • Follow the setup flow step by step
  • Map your fields between Scratcher and your external system

You can also access this via the campaign flow under Step 3 → Connect, where integrations can be configured in the same way.


3. Connect-Step Integration


How to access:
  • Go to step 3 in the editor
  • Open the Connect
  • Navigate to integration


Field Mapping

It is important to ensure correct field mapping between systems.

  • Scratcher uses predefined fields
  • These must be matched with your external system fields
  • Make sure all required data points are connected correctly

Incorrect mapping may result in incomplete or missing data transfers.


Testing (Very Important)

Before going live, you must always test your integration.


  1. Check the live campaign URL
  2. Complete the full user journey
  3. Submit a test form
  4. Verify that data appears correctly:
    • In the Scratcher dashboard
    • In your external system

This ensures that the integration is working as expected before launch.
